Candy Sushi Rolls

If you prefer to skip some artificial sweeteners and dyes, fruit roll ups can be made from real fruit with a dehydrator, oven or air fryer.

Dehydrator: Simply blend your favorite fresh or frozen fruit into a smooth purée, spread it thinly onto lined dehydrator trays, and dry it at 135°F to 140°F for about 6 to 8 hours.

Oven: Set your oven to its lowest temperature (usually between 140°F and 170°F). Spread a thin layer of smooth fruit purée onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 4 to 8 hours until it is no longer sticky.

Air Fryer: Blend fresh or frozen fruit into a smooth puree, spread it onto silicone trays, and dehydrate it at 130°F to 140°F for 8 to 14 hours until it is no longer tacky.
