My Makeup Routine

I always focus on making my makeup look natural and making sure that it lasts all day.

My skin type is combination/oily so finding products that actually last all day is super hard.

To start, I always wash my face with my favorite skincare system. It’s perfect for my maturing skin and also helps my makeup look amazing!

Next, primer is a must! It helps smooth your face and keeps products on your skin all day. Think of it like applying a base to a canvas.

After applying as directed, I allow a few minutes for the primer to absorb into my skin.

My next step is my favorite! Time for my all time, favorite CC cream. I apply with a sponge and distribute outward.

After applying my CC cream, I would apply any other products what I am wearing for the day. Maybe some blush, mascara or eyeshadow.

Lastly, and the most important – setting spray!

Mary Kay setting spray is created by Skindinävia and is the best I have ever used! I have used many other brands, such as Urban Decay, Avon, Maybelline, Covergirl, MAC and more. Mary Kay is cheaper, lasts all day and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin.
