Flaky Pillsbury biscuit cups filled with Tyson grilled chicken, Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce, Kraft mozzarella, and crunchy Lay’s Barbecue chips. Cheesy, smoky, easy to make, and perfect for game day, parties, or a viral appetizer tray!

📝 Ingredients :

1 can Pillsbury Grands! Southern Homestyle Biscuits
2 cups Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Strips, chopped
¾ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
1½ cups Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
1½ cups Lay’s Barbecue Potato Chips, crushed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Optional: ¼ cup diced red onion
Optional: extra barbecue sauce for drizzling
Nonstick cooking spray

🍽️ How to Make It :

1️⃣ Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a muffin pan or baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2️⃣ Prepare biscuits:
Separate the Pillsbury biscuits and gently flatten each one into a round.

3️⃣ Shape the cups:
Press each biscuit into a muffin cup, pushing the dough slightly up the sides to create a bowl shape.

4️⃣ Prepare chicken:
Place the chopped Tyson chicken in a bowl and toss it with most of the Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce.

5️⃣ Fill biscuits:
Spoon the barbecue chicken evenly into each biscuit cup.

6️⃣ Add cheese:
Sprinkle Kraft mozzarella cheese over the chicken.

7️⃣ Add crunchy topping:
Top each cup with crushed Lay’s Barbecue chips.

8️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

9️⃣ Add finishing sauce:
Remove from the oven and drizzle with extra Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce.

🔟 Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with sliced green onions and serve warm.

⏱️ Time :

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 18 minutes
Total Time: about 33 minutes
Servings: 8 biscuit cups

📝 Notes :

Do not overfill the biscuit cups, or the barbecue sauce may spill during baking.

Crush the Lay’s chips just before adding them so they stay crisp.

Use cheddar or a Mexican cheese blend instead of mozzarella for a stronger cheese flavor.

For the best viral look, serve the cups close together on a white platter, drizzle barbecue sauce over the tops, and finish with bright green onions and extra crunchy chip crumbs.
